LOTUS SMILE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment with Lotus Smile, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. SERVICES
Lotus Smile provides cosmetic teeth whitening services only. Our services are not dental treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent dental disease.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
Clients must be aged 18 or over to receive treatment.
3. CONSULTATION & SUITABILITY
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health and medical information before treatment.
Lotus Smile reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
Treatment may not be suitable for:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
- Individuals with untreated dental issues
- Individuals with gum disease, severe tooth sensitivity, crowns, veneers, fillings, or damaged enamel
4. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results vary between individuals depending on:
- Existing tooth shade
- Lifestyle habits
- Smoking
- Food and drink consumption
- Existing dental conditions
Lotus Smile does not guarantee specific whitening results.
5. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
A £10 booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final treatment balance on the day of the appointment.
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Where sufficient notice is provided, deposits may be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in loss of the deposit.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in Lotus Smile refusing future bookings.
Lotus Smile reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary.
6. REFUNDS
Due to the nature of cosmetic teeth whitening services, payments are non-refundable once treatment has been carried out.
If a client chooses not to proceed with treatment at their appointment, no payment will be taken for the treatment itself.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided following treatment.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lotus Smile shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing dental conditions
- Sensitivity following treatment
- Dissatisfaction with subjective whitening results
- Failure to disclose relevant medical or dental information
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, logos, and images remain the property of Lotus Smile and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
